ONE:LIFE

Sign up to our annual membership for unlimited use of 8 Fitness Gyms, over 1200 Fitness Classes and 3 Swimming Pools across all sites. Includes a detailed fitness induction, personal programmes and regular reviews, help and advice by our professional qualified team of Fitness Advisors.

IL Express Fitness

Sign up to our no contract membership for unlimited use of our Express Fitness gym within Port Glasgow Swimming Pool and the Waterfront Leisure Complex PLUS the use of our 8 other Fitness Gyms. This also includes the use of 2 pools and health suites as well as access to over 1200 exercise classes. Our TechnoGym BIOCIRCUIT exercise machines and programmes offer a tailor-made solution to help you progress with your goals and fitness.

IL Strength Shed

Sign up to our no contract low cost gym membership for unlimited use of the Strength Shed. Our Strength Shed membership also entitles you to a 20% discount on the following: Swimming, Fitness Classes, Health Suite and other Fitness Gyms within any Inverclyde Leisure Facility.

IL Fitness For Less

Sign up to our no contract low cost gym membership for unlimited use of our Fitness for Less Gyms. Our Fitness for Less memberships also entitles you to a 20% discount on the following: Swimming, Fitness Classes, Health Suite and other Fitness Gyms within any Inverclyde Leisure Facility.

IL Strength Shed + Fitness for Less Combo

Sign up to our no contract low cost gym membership for unlimited use of the Strength Shed and all Fitness for Less Gyms. Our Strength Shed + Fitness for Less membership combo also entitles you to a 20% discount on the following: Swimming, Fitness Classes, Health Suite and other Fitness Gyms within any Inverclyde Leisure Facility.

IL U25 Fitness

This package is aimed towards our younger members and adults aged from 10 to 25 years old.

IL Group Fitness

Sign up to our no contract membership for unlimited use of over 1200 Group Fitness Classes within our facilities ranging from Circuits, Les Mils Classes, Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Attack, Metafit, Functional Circuits, and many more.

IL Active Swim

Sign up to our no contract membership for unlimited access to our Swimming Pools and Health Suites at the Waterfront, Gourock and Port Glasgow Pools. The membership also includes the use of Swimtag to help monitor and measure your progress.

IL One Life (Off-Peak)

Sign up to our no contract low cost Off Peak One:Life membership for unlimited use of all our gyms and group fitness classes from Monday – Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm. Also, you can enjoy unlimited swims at the Waterfront Leisure Complex and Port Glasgow Swimming Pool from Monday – Friday between 9.00am and 12.00 / 1.00pm and 3.30pm. Access to the Sauna and Steam rooms are from Monday – Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm.
