Free Summer Swims for Inverclyde School Pupils!

Thanks to Inverclyde Council, all school-aged children in Inverclyde can enjoy free swimming at our pools throughout the summer holidays!

No booking required – just check the timetable, turn up, and dive in.

A great way to stay active, cool off, and have fun this summer!

SUMMER PLAYSCHEMES ARE BACK!

We are delighted to announce that our Summer Playschemes are returning during the 2024 school holidays.

This year’s programme will run from Monday 8th July to Friday 2nd August 2024 and will offer two sessions per day, completely free of charge, fully funded by Inverclyde Council.

Session Times

Morning Session: 9.30am – 12.30pm
Afternoon Session: 1.30pm – 4.30pm

Locations

Playschemes will be available at the following venues for children currently attending primary school:

Kilmacolm Primary School
St Michael’s Primary School
St Patrick’s Primary School
Lady Alice Primary School
Wemyss Bay Primary School
Moorfoot Primary School
Auchmountain Community Resource Centre*

Important Information

No lunch provision is available at any venue. Children must leave at lunchtime and return for the afternoon session if attending all day.
No pre-registration is required – all playschemes operate on a first come, first served basis.
*Please note: Auchmountain Community Resource Centre playscheme will run for three weeks only, from Monday 7th July to Thursday 25th July, operating on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays only.
