Booking System Upgrade
Coming 1st September 2025
From Monday 1st September 2025, Inverclyde Leisure will be moving from our current system to a brand-new platform called Gladstone Go, alongside the launch of our new IL App and website.
This change means a short-term pause in bookings, but a big long-term gain: a faster, more flexible booking system with more activities than ever before.
What’s Changing?
-
We are replacing our booking system to give you a smoother, easier customer experience.
-
From 1st September, all bookings will be managed through our brand-new website and IL App.
-
The new system allows you to:
-
Book and cancel classes quickly
-
View timetables at a glance
-
Manage your membership in one place
-
Use Live QR codes on your phone for centre entry
-
Important Dates
-
Until Sunday 31st August – Bookings continue as normal on our current system.
-
From Monday 18th August – One Life members (with 14-day booking rights) will notice they cannot see classes beyond 31st August, as the old timetable will end.
-
Sunday 31st August (evening) – The old system becomes redundant for classes and activities.
-
Monday 1st September (morning) – The new Gladstone system and IL App go live.
⚠️ Please note: No existing class bookings will carry over. We begin with a clean slate of classes on 1st September.
✅ However, future bookings for hires and events (functions, birthday parties, weddings, pitches, etc.) will be carried across to the new system.
