Customer Notice: Facilities Closure COVID-19

Inverclyde Leisure has taken the difficult decision to suspend all services and activities to the public from close of business on Wednesday 18th March. The safety of our customers and staff is at the forefront of this decision. It is expected that this closure will continue until the end of April, however this will be continually monitored and reviewed in line with government guidelines.

This closure is across all leisure & community facilities both indoor and outdoor and applies to all facilities that Inverclyde Leisure operates.

What does this mean for the customer:-

  • All Membership categories will be frozen by IL with no fees.
  • Customers do not require to take any action regarding their Membership.
  • Swimming lessons, Skating lessons and Learn to climb direct debits will be automatically frozen with no fees.
  • Regular bookings & Regular Lets will be retained when the facilities re-open.
  • Any prepaid Memberships or Block bookings will be extended on a case by case basis.

** Please note all membership freezes will incur no additional charges and will be automatically re-instated when the facilities re-open**

Inverclyde Leisure would like to thank all customers and members for their continued support during this difficult time. We will be keeping in regular contact with our customers via social media.  As a community, if we support each other we can all get through this difficult period. We advise all customer to remain active where possible and hope you stay healthy and safe.
