The overall purpose of the post is to manage the facility which will include shift leaders & team members, making sure the facility is operating efficiently in line with QMS procedures. To drive business development/ growth daily in line with sales and retention policy. Responsibility for health, safety, and cleanliness. Also overseeing of Ice Rink.
