Our 21-10 membership is open to 10 to 21 year olds and is the only place in Inverclyde for young people to lead a healthier and happier lifestyle.
Supervision will be required for the following age ranges:
10 to 11 year olds must be supervised at all gyms.
12 to 13 year olds must be supervised at IL Fitness For Less Gyms and Strength Shed. Can be unsupervised if they wish at IL Fitness+ Gyms.
14+ year olds can be unsupervised if they wish at all IL fitness gyms.
16+ year olds can access our Health Suites at Waterfront & Port Glasgow pools.
