Refresh! - The Health Suite facility at the Waterfront Leisure Complex.

This facility includes a 14 person sauna and a 20 person steam room both with easy disabled and wheel chair access.

Refresh! also features piped music into the sauna and steam rooms, add in the essence automatically delivered to each room in controlled quantities and you have the perfect receipe for a relaxing time in modern and beautiful surroundings

Opening Times:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10.00am to 9.00pm

Tuesday and Thursday 8.00am - 9.00pm 

Saturday & Sunday 9am to 4.30pm

Optional Upgrade

If any Top Deck members wish to upgrade they can do so for an additional £2 per person per month . This will allow Top Deck Members unlimited use of the State of the Art Refresh! Health Suite at the Waterfront.
