Situated within the Greenock Sports Centre and conveniently located next door to James Watt Nelson Street Campus, this gym has a great mix of fitness equipment and resistance machines.  Ideal if you are looking for an all round workout.

Personal programmes made to measure by our friendly, qualified staff.

As with all Inverclyde Gyms you do not have to be a member to use them. Pay as you go options are also available.
