BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Fitness in Inverclyde Leisure is really important to us and we pride ourselves in offering you a vast range of classes at various times across our different venues in Inverclyde

Our classes range from Aquaerobics to Bodycombat, Fitness Pilates to Zumba Fitness, Bodypump to Bodyconditioning, circuits and so much more!

You can pick up a group Fitness timetable from any of our facilities or download it from this website, you should find a class, a location and a time slot that suits you………….and if you don’t then let us know.

All of our classes are taught by fully qualified instructors who will be happy to help and answer any questions that you may have either before or after the class.

You can attend our classes on a pay as you go basis by paying each time you take part in a class or if you attend classes on a regular basis then you can speak to a member of our sales and retention team about a monthly membership package that would allow you unlimited use of any class included in the Group Fitness timetable.
