Quarter Mile Swim (12 lengths)
3km Run
Registration 8am - 9am. Junior Biathlon starts at 9.30am. Triathlon starts at 10.30am.
Entry Fees
BIATHLON £10.00
TRIATHLON MEMBERS £15 / NON MEMBERS £20
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT OF £20 TO BE RAISED FOR ARDGOWAN HOSPICE.
