Personal Programmes are available for members as well as non members. As a member the programme and subsequent reviews are not charged for as they are a part of your membership. If you are a non member and would like a Personal Programme we can certainly accommodate you, for a small fee, which is dependent on your circumstances.
There are a number of reasons why it is advantageous to have your own Personal Programme whenever you attend the gym. If you look below you will see just some of the most relevant reasons.
