Have You Had Your Health Checked Recently?

Within all Inverclyde Leisure Fitness Gyms we offer general Health Checks so you can map your progress from the beginning. The Health Checks incorporate a Blood Pressure Check, Body Fat Analysis, Hydration Level Analysis, Ideal Weight  and Calorie Intake.

From all this information gathered by our qualified instructors we can then determine the best course of action through your exercise programme so you achieve your goals considerably faster.

How Much Does the Health Check Cost?

If you are a member the Health Check is Free and included in your membership. However, if you are not yet a member, there is a small fee. The Health Check is very affordable and costs do vary depending on your personal circumstances.  Therefore, we would ask that you contact your chosen facility to obtain the relevant price.
