Birkmyre Park

Within Birkmyre Park there are a number of facilities. This development opened in 2008 boasts a new state of the art Fitness Gym, Changing Facilities for use with the adjacent Rugby & Football Parks (bookings for the changing facilities can be made by contacting the number detailed below).

The latest addition to Birkmyre Park is a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA).  This 36m x 36m, fully floodlit area, can be used for Football, Basketball and Tennis.  Prices are very reasonable, and bookings can be made at the Fitness Gym Reception, or phoning 01475-715750.

Another addition to Birkmyre Park is the complete refurbishment of the children's swing and play park. The refurbishment has brought the standard up to match that of all other facilities within Birkmyre Park.

Additionally there is a coffee shop located next to the Gym reception. Ideal for a nice relaxing coffee after a hard training session or to relax whilst the children have fun in the play park. Breakfasts and luches are also available in the cafe and if there is something you want that is not on the menu the helpful friendly staff will make it specially for you if they can.

Children in Need

On Tuesday 1st Nov, approximately 100 staff & members @ Birkmyre Park took part in a 15hr Spinathon to raise money for Children in Need.
Using Spin Bikes, they rode from John O'Groats to Lands End covering 814 miles which was completed with ease!!!!  Photos of some of the participants can be found in the Download section in the right hand column of this page.
Total monies raised to date £1473. Big Thank you to all that took part.
