We run seven week Learn to Skate courses where coaches teach the flagship programme. These courses teach fundamental skills and are the perfect starting point for anyone to begin ice skating; whether you simply want to make it around the rink in one piece or want to take part in a more specific ice discipline such as ice dance, figure skating, speed skating or ice hockey. Whatever your goal, we can help you achieve it.
The Skate UK programme comprises of 10 basic levels. Each level must be completed before moving to the next. On completion of level 10 skaters can progress onto the star programme which consists of levels Bronze, Silver and Gold teaching the early jumps and spins in figure skating.
Each session lasts for half an hour and is conducted through group tuition (private lessons are available on request).
